Online training in accessibility for you and your team

A part of having the best attitude when your guests have accessibility needs, is to have some understanding of disability and accessibility.

Travel For All provides training in understanding disability, accessibility and accessible tourism.

The training is aimed at tourism operators and their team members.

All training is online and easy to follow and only takes up to two hours per course.


Everyone enrolled in training can now undertake our first online course, An Introduction to Disability.

This course is designed to give you and your team members an initial understanding of disability, including the different types of disability, statistics, language preferences, myths, discrimination, legislation and disability in the community.

While we focus on disability in this course, the concepts do also apply to other visitors with accessibility needs, such as older guests and people with short term injuries.

We hope that you and your team members enjoy the training and that it helps you with your customer service for all your visitors.

All operators who have purchased the Accessibility Training product will automatically have access to each course as soon as released.
